What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all sort of Debit cards, Credit cards, Net banking and UPI.
Additionally, COD (Cash On Delivery) is also available for all serviceable pincodes in India.

How to return / exchange the item?

- Visit the Place your Return / Exchange Request section on the website / app or click here to raise a return/exchange request for your order.

- Submit the required details as prompted.

- Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you would want to Return/Exchange.

Please note that the Return/Exchange request needs to be raised within 5 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we would get in touch with you to confirm your request.

In addition, all returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags when we receive them. Items without tags will not be accepted.

Are there any shipping charges?

There is no one answer to all the products. Shipping charges, if any levied, will be shown on checkout page.

My order didn't arrive yet. What do I do?

Generally, the orders take between 2-7 days to arrive, depending upon the location and delivery partner. If it goes beyond the time or the tracking is not available, please write to us at contact@wearyourcosmos.com

Cancellation, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

How can I cancel the order?

Orders once placed and confirmed can not be cancelled. You can however, raise a return or exchange request.

What to do if I receive damaged product?

We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. You can do so by raising a return / exchange request from the website.
Incase you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.

What should I do if I receive a different item?

We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different / wrong product, please visit the returns section on the website and raise a return request if you receive any wrong order.

When will I get my refund?

It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the exchange request will be initiated within 72 hours.
Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.

How to check correct size for me?

While placing your order you will find an option for the SIZE CHART on the product page which includes detailed information on sizes and fit. You may click on the same and find your perfect size.

Others

My payment was deducted, but order not confirmed. What do I do?

In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to you account within 1-2 business days. In case it does not, mail us the details of your transaction at contact@wearyourcosmos.com
